Supporting and Mentoring Youth Advocates and Leaders (SMYAL) will receive our November offerings. Born from a 1984 conference, SMYAL empowers LGBTQ+ youth by creating opportunities to build self-esteem and confidence, to develop critical life skills, and to engage the border community through service and advocacy. Youth throughout the metropolitan area get assistance from SMYAL.
