Diverse and Revolutionary Unitarian Universalist Multicultural Ministries, DRUUMM, the oldest and largest UU People of Color ministry and anti-racist community organization based in North America, holds its open house next Wednesday, September 24,8-9pm, on Zoom. Visit their website at the link above, and register on the menu in the upper, right hand corner of the homepage, under Upcoming Events.
DRUUMM works to fulfill the Journey Towards Wholeness Resolution and is an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, multicultural group. They create spaces for youth, young adults, and our families of color. They organize to heal, work collectively, and steward an effective organization that engages and empowers new leadership and members. DRUUMM is supported by its members: individuals who self-identify as People of Color and affirm our UU mission and values. People who self-identify as White are encouraged to join and organize with UU Allies for Racial Equity, their close partner.
