A Dialogue on Race and Ethnicity (A.D.O.R.E) was started by a consultant to the Unitarian Universalist Association, Paula Jones from All Souls Church in DC, now being led by Chris Bell and Mac Goekler. “We dig deep and explore, discovering things we may not have known about ourselves. If racism–anti-racism is a continuum, where are you? Are you comfortable there, or would you like to change? Is the world comfortable where you are?
