Our congregations are places where we bring our fragile selves into interaction in ways that remind us of our family dynamics. Sometimes, we find ourselves falling into familiar patterns of interaction that we learned in our family of origin. How can we create communities that are sanctuaries but can also be crucibles where we learn through interaction how to find our best selves?
