The Davies Concert Series proudly presents vocalist John Roberts and pianist Alex Chan who are once again collaborating, this time for a concert of favorite seasonal selections.

The multi-talented John Roberts, a Marylander, also plays an array of instruments to include trumpet, alto sax, soprano sax, clarinet and flute. He is currently a member of the Southern Maryland Concert band in the trumpet section and shares his vocal talent at a variety of churches in the MD and DC areas. 

Alex Chan, Music Director at Davies UU, is an experienced voice accompanist, church pianist, orchestral keyboardist, and pianist for a variety of vocal ensembles in Maryland and Asia. In addition to playing the piano, he has also sung tenor in vocal ensembles in Asia, and with the Chamber Singers of the University of Maryland. He has performed with the National Symphony Orchestra and Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and won the gold prize in the piano duet category at the 3rd Piano Festival held in Singapore.

Tickets can be purchased at the door beginning at 3:30pm for the 4pm concert. The Pay What You Can Policy is in effect with the following suggested prices: adults $20, teens 18 years old and younger $5, children 12 years and under, free.
