Traci Hughes-Trotter is Executive Director at All Souls, Unitarian in Washington, DC. In partnership with the senior minister, she offers strategic direction, encouragement, and coaching to staff and ministers to help fulfill the church’s mission and vision. Traci is enrolled at Wesley Theological Seminary where her studies will draw on a rich background in communications, law, shared leadership, and management. She is an attorney, licensed in the District of Columbia.
