Traci Hughes-Trotter is Executive Director at All Souls, Unitarian in Washington, DC. In partnership with the senior minister, she offers strategic direction, encouragement, and coaching to staff and ministers to help fulfill the church’s mission and vision. Traci also served as Chair of the Board of Directors for Beacon House, which the Davies congregation supports both financially and through seasonal gift drives. Feeling a call to ministry, Traci enrolled at Wesley Theological Seminary where her studies will draw on a rich background in communications, law, shared leadership, and management. Prior to serving All Souls, she was the inaugural director of the Office of Open Government, which ensures that the DC government complies with open records and transparency laws. She is an attorney, licensed in the District of Columbia.
